Thomas Telles
Bio: Thomas Telles is a native of El Paso, Texas. He retired in August 2007 after 30 years from the Directorate of Public Works (DPW) at Fort Bliss,Texas. Telles served as supervisor of a number of construction related shops during this time. His last position was as Senior Construction QAE, COTR and Inspector with the Job Order Contract Branch (JOC). He volunteered his construction experience throughout the years, and after his retirement, started Telles Construction Consultants LLC. Telles, a disabled Viet Nam veteran, has extensive construction management, technical standards, quality control, safety and OSHA training and experience. His certificates include a Construction Management degree, 30 Hr OSHA and numerous construction related training.
Barbara Stropko-Telles
Bio: Barbara serves as manager and bookkeeper for Telles Construction. She has 30 years experience as a librarian for the El Paso Independent School District (EPISD).
